I am an entry level Software and Web Developer, excited and eager to get more hands-on experience in my field. In 2017, I graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's degree in Geography and focus on Geographic Information Science (GIS). As a geography student, I expanded my knowledge and passion for maps, visualizing spatial data, and computer programming. I discovered my love for programming and interest in web development through my senior capstone project, where my team and I created a series of interactive maps for the NW Justice Project, Washingtonâs publicly funded legal aid program. Thus, upon graduating, I decided to expand my knowledge in computer language and web development at Coding Dojo in Bellevue, WA. In this immersive 14-week long program, I spent over 60 hours per week mastering 3 full stacks, and learning about algorithms and data structures. I am a self-motivated, hard working, and intellectually curious individual, ready to join the tech world.
